Colleen was extremely helpful in our purchasing journey. This wasn’t our first home, but it was the first in about 8 years. We had a very trying time from lending to the house build process, but she was there through every step of the way. Advocating for us, especially with the builder and their responsibilities for repairs. I highly recommend Colleen and her team for anyone looking to make the low country their home.

Working with Colleen Campbell has been one of the easiest real estate experiences I’ve ever had. She really knows the Summerville and Charleston markets and makes the entire buying and selling process feel simple. Colleen is amazing with relocators, home buyers, home sellers, and especially first-time homebuyers who need someone patient and knowledgeable on their side. She’s also a great resource for new construction homes and, being in a military family that has had several PCS moves herself, understands the stress that comes with military moves and PCS orders. 6 stars. Coordinated the purchase of 3 houses- 2 of which were in Summerville- and the selling of 2, in multiple states. I've never seen homes staged as well. The listing photos really popped and I was able to get above asking price when selling both homes. Also, Colleen is legitimately military-friendly. She is a military spouse of 19 years and has gone through several PCS's herself. Super-knowledgeable about the local area and results-oriented.
