6 stars. Coordinated the purchase of 3 houses- 2 of which were in Summerville- and the selling of 2, in multiple states. I've never seen homes staged as well. The listing photos really popped and I was able to get above asking price when selling both homes. Also, Colleen is legitimately military-friendly. She is a military spouse of 19 years and has gone through several PCS's herself. Super-knowledgeable about the local area and results-oriented.
